Treehouse! is an American Reggae Jam Rock Band

Interview by Mike Ponin

My name is Jeremy Anderson(JA). I’m the singer, songwriter, guitarist, and trumpet player for TreeHouse! My Motivation is the Pursuit of Enlightenment and the Balance of The Way. My Message is a small deciphering of the intricacies of this Path into Fundamental Enchantments and Universal Hymns. I like breaking through subtle energies and feeling new feelings, expanding my reach of consciousness throughout the world with each step I take. I dislike unnecessary suffering in the world because of the Babylon System holding back the Progress of Humanity for the greed of the few.

“I believe there will be an Awakening to many things!” — Jeremy Anderson

Trey Moody is the band’s drummer, and has been my friend and bandmate since we were kids. Trey is the visual artist, graphic designer, and creative director for TreeHouse, and he has created almost all of the TreeHouse! logos, images, designs, posters, and merchandise. Trey has a good heart and he comes through in the clutch.

Joe Keys has been the keyboardist for TreeHouse for several years now. His motivation is building a rig of infinite sounds and possibilities. His message is a universal one that has been said before — don’t judge others. Joe likes blunts and dislikes chicken.

The band’s latest addition is Chris Hat on the bass guitar. His motivation is to hustle in whatever he does. His message is to be real with you. He likes skateboarding and he doesn’t like hearing people snore.

“Blessings” Best achievement so far!

Our single from the Growth album, “Blessings” has had over 1 million streams, and it was one of the top 10 songs in the Marley Music Uprising judged by Stephen Marley and Ky-Mani Marley.

“We are proud to see this song touch so many people!”

Throwback

- California Roots -

TreeHouse!

We opened the show for Steel Pulse & SOJA at House of Blues in Myrtle Beach SC. Those shows fly by so quickly. We just got in, got ready, played our set, and got out the way. It was after everything was over when we finally got to reflect on what we had just experienced.

“It is such a surreal honor to do our thing in the presence of legends! “

I met some of the members of Steel Pulse later on, and they are very nice, humble people. (JA)

TreeHouse has toured the US Virgin Islands several times, and we have really enjoyed the vibe and reception.

“I have not been to Jamaica yet! But it is definitely on the list.” — Jeremy Anderson

We would like to tour the whole Caribbean!

_What makes TreeHouse sounds different ?

I’ve called it Reggae Jam-Rock. Joe calls it Psychedelic Reggae. Our unique blend puts an edge on roots reggae, while exploring and expanding the full envelope of its fusion. We incorporate effects of trumpet, theremin, melodica, sitar, synth, 808s, and every element in between, taking the reggae vibe across the styles of the world, into outer space and back home.(JA)

Prayer for the Day

We’re currently on our “Prayer for the Day” Tour across the Southeast US, supporting our new single and music video. We’re about to announce our next tour in September & October across the West coast in support of our next upcoming single, “Natural High (ft. Dan Kelly).” You can find all of this at: www.treehousetheband.com

“We are going to play Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado!“

We also dream to perform Wookiefoot’s festival, Shangri-La and would like to play with John Brown’s Body. We already collaborate with Sun-Dried Vibes, Roots of a Rebellion, Oogee Wawa, and Bubba Love.

TreeHouse! is continuing to release singles with a full album on the horizon. We are considering management and record labels to partner with for our releases. The band would like to explore Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Jamaica, Hawaii, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand.
