Terms of Service

1. The service

Kribbean is an editorial and community platform dedicated to Caribbean music and culture. The App provides access to editorial content, artist profiles, music releases, events, and music previews.

Kribbean is not a streaming service. We do not host audio catalogs; music previews and playback are provided through third-party platforms (Deezer, Apple Music, iTunes, YouTube, SoundCloud).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information.
• You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App
• Reproduce, distribute, or exploit our editorial content without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual property

All editorial content, design, logos, and trademarks in the App are owned by BBCONCEPT S.A.S.U. or its licensors. Music content remains the property of its respective rights holders. You may not reproduce our content without prior written permission.

6. Third-party content and links

The App displays content and links from third parties (music platforms, ticketing, maps). We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or their terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

7. Music previews and playback

Music previews and playback are provided "as is" through third-party APIs. Availability depends on these providers and may change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular track.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBCONCEPT S.A.S.U. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including French consumer protection law).

10. Changes to the service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
