Masicka Unveils Official Video for “Spend” from Forever Reign
Shane Creative directs the bold new visual as Masicka celebrates album milestones and prepares for his December 19 homecoming festival in Portmore.

Dancehall star Masicka has released the official music video for “Spend,” bringing the swagger, sensuality and unapologetic indulgence of the track from his recently released album, Forever Reign, to the screen.Directed by Shane Creative, “Spend” pairs Masicka’s commanding presence with a richly textured, retro-inspired setting.

Warm red lighting, boldly patterned walls, vintage furnishings and a television set create an intimate backdrop, while vibrant fashion and confident dancers give the visual its seductive energy.

Against this colorful setting, darker performance scenes featuring Masicka surrounded by scattered cash sharpen the song’s themes of desire, generosity and excess.Built around an infectious “spend mi money”, “Spend” captures Masicka’s creative-lyrical, provocative side.

His rhythmic delivery and distinctive vernacular drive a track that celebrates beautiful women and the willingness to lavish them with attention and the finer things in life.
The video translates that attitude into a visual rooted in dancehall’s expressive style and personality.“Spend” arrives as ‘Forever Reign’, Masicka’s third studio album, continues to maintain its commanding presence at the forefront of releases.
Released through Def Jam Recordings, the project debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart and has spent 10 weeks at No. 1 on Apple Music Jamaica.
According to Luminate data, the album has outperformed all other dancehall and reggae albums in their first week, released during the current Grammy eligibility period.‘Forever Reign’ has also been submitted for Grammy consideration, adding another milestone to a campaign that showcases Masicka’s lyrical precision, versatility and growing international reach.

Across the album, he moves between reflections on perseverance and ambition, personal storytelling and the unmistakable energy of dancehall. The celebration continues December 19, when Masicka returns to Portmore, Jamaica, for the inaugural Forever1NE Music Festival at Caymanas Park.
