because like Bob Marley said, “every little thing is gonna be all right.” We will take each day and each moment as they come whilst remembering to stay focused, positive and to put God first.

Two of the five members, namely Karissa and Chevanese Palmer, are biological sisters.

As for everyone else, we were just strangers who share the same dreams and came together to make it happen and as such a close sisterly bond was naturally created.

Karissa (Band Leader) was the one who had the dream of forming an all female band from a tender age.

It was during her time at Edna Manley College Music School when she decided to form the band.

“After she found everyone, we all decided we needed a name”

Ashleigh Baldwin, a friend of ours suggested “Adahzeh” which means “The Kings Daughters” which is of African Origin. We then modified it to “The Kings Daughtaz”. We thought wow, this name is just perfect, and :

We are also inspired by The Marley Brothers, Dubtonic Kru, Romain Virgo, Bruno Mars and Chronixx

Poland experience was truly a dream come true.

It was nothing we ever imagined, we received so much love, it was unbelievable.

The competition did not feel like a competition, it felt like a musical family coming together to please the people.

We did our best but unfortunately we did not win but we won the hearts of many and we had an incredible experience which inspired us to push harder to leave our Musical Footprints across the Globe.

BET Awards, Rototom Sunsplash, Summer Jam, MTV music awards and we hope one day to do a collaboration with Beyonce, any of the Marley brothers, Rihanna, Bruno Mars and Chronixx, they are all amazing.
