Jree Gold

Hi, my name is JRee Gold. I'm a Trinidadian-born singer-songwriter. I've been writing music for years, but I started releasing my own music in 2026.

My sound is influenced by the different cultures and places that have shaped me, blending R&B and neo-soul with Caribbean influences, including dancehall. I call my music Caribbean Soul because even when I'm creating R&B or soulful music, there's something Caribbean that naturally finds its way into it—whether it's the rhythm, the language, the melodies or the way I tell the story.

I released my first single, “Video Tonight,” in March 2026, followed by my latest single, “Cool Me Down,” in August. “Cool Me Down” represents that blend really well. My project as JRee Gold is about continuing to develop Caribbean Soul through music that reflects my Caribbean roots while giving me the freedom to explore the different sounds and influences that come naturally to me.
